How Italian Touch got 69% more new customers

Jetmir Kacic has been in the pizza business since 2008. When he opened his Keyport, NJ shop, Italian Touch two years ago, his goal was simple — to be the best pizza shop in the neighborhood.

Jetmir knew he needed to attract more customers to become known as a local favorite, but had no idea where to begin with marketing. How much should he be spending on advertising? What actually worked? In addition to not having the answers, he simply didn’t have the time to figure it out.

THE SOLUTION: DATA-DRIVEN MARKETING

 

Jetmir had been counting on Slice’s ordering technology, but saw the benefit of our customized, marketing services and squad of experts. While Jetmir continued focusing on making outstanding food, our team got to work on designing targeted, data-driven marketing to attract new customers.

We first launched digital ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to drive brand awareness and online sales. We then shifted our focus to direct mail to get trackable promo codes into the hands of Jetmir’s entire delivery zone.
