The F.A.Q.s

You can refer any restaurant to sign up for Slice Online Membership or Family Membership.

 Currently, only referrals for Online Membership and Family Membership qualify for a reward. Other products, such as pizza boxes, are not available outside of our membership plans.

We will send you an American Express Gift Card through the email provided above. (Please note that the email will be from Amex directly.)

For all products, referral payment will be sent after the referred shop begins using the product AND minimum orders are reached.

- For Online Membership referrals, payment will be sent after reaching 10 online orders within a 30 day period following the go-live date.

- For Family Membership referrals, payment will be sent after reaching 400 POS and online orders within a 30 day period following the go-live date.

To be referred, a shop must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Has not previously activated or used any Slice products
  • Has not been referred in the past 90 days
  • The referred restaurant is not making the referral
  • The referred restaurant is not owned or managed by the referring person and is not an affiliate restaurant
  • The referred restaurant does not have over 10 franchise locations

In order for a referral to be eligible, the referring party can’t be an owner, employee, or affiliate of the referred shop.

The bonus for Online Membership is $500.
The bonus for Family Membership is $1,500.

There is no limit to how many shops you can refer.
