The F.A.Q.s

You can refer a pizzeria to sign up for any of the following Slice products: Slice POS, Family Membership, or Online Ordering.

Or a Mexican restaurant to sign up for Online Ordering.

Currently, only referrals for Slice POS, Family Membership, and Online Ordering qualify for a reward. Referrals for other products alone, such as pizza boxes, do not qualify.

We will send you an American Express Gift Card through the email provided above. (Please note that the email will be from Amex directly.)

For referrals of a la carte products (Slice POS, or Online Ordering), payments will be issued shortly after the referred shop begins using the product.

Payments for Family Membership referrals will be sent after the shop completes at least 400 orders in the first month following their go-live date.

To be referred, a shop must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Has not previously purchased or signed up for a trial or subscription to any of the applicable products from the program
  • Has not been engaged in active discussion with Slice about any of the applicable products from the program in the past 6 months
  • Has not been referred in the past 90 days
  • The referred restaurant is not making the referral
  • The referred restaurant is not owned or managed by the referring person and is not an affiliate restaurant

In order for a referral to be eligible, the referring party can’t be an owner, employee, or affiliate of the referred shop.

When a referred shop signs up for multiple eligible products, you’ll get the highest applicable bonus - up to $1,500. 

The bonuses for the a la carte products are:

  • $1,500 for POS
  • $500 for Online Ordering

The bonus for Family Membership is $1,500.
