Order Manager Kit
The Order Manager Kit gives your shop an extra iPad in the back of house for handling deliveries, phone orders, and order changes without interrupting your front Register.
The kit is available to Family Membership shops and shops using Register (the Slice POS).
To take manual-entry (MOTO) payments, shops will also need an NYC1 Mobile Card Reader.
Delivery batching and driver dispatching

Build delivery batches, assign deliveries to drivers, and track progress from a dedicated device.
Taking phone orders and payments
Shops can take phone orders directly on the Order Manager.
To accept payments for phone orders, an NYC1 Mobile Card Reader is required.
Editing orders and issuing refunds
Check order details, update items, and issue refunds without using the main Register.
Using Delivery Management on the Order Manager
The Order Manager Kit works with the redesigned Delivery Management experience and supports future order management update
Back of House Profiles

In Owner’s Portal, you can now set profiles as either “Front of House” or “Back of House” profiles. If you set a profile as “Back of House”, it will automatically open up to the Order Management page, instead of the Menu page.
