Welcome to the Slice Owner’s App – Web!

The Owner’s App is our all-in-one platform for managing and growing your business with Slice. Here, you’ll find everything you need to start, from setting up your account to mastering the tools that help you streamline operations and connect with customers.

 

Logging In

  1. Open your web browser and go to owners.slicelife.com.

  2. In the Email field, type the email address associated with your Slice account.

  3. In the Password field, type your password.

  4. Once you’ve entered your email and password, click the Log In button to access your account.

Forgot Password?

Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen if you forget your password. Follow the prompts to reset your password via email. If you forget the email address linked to your account or need assistance, call (888) 974-9928 for 24/7/365 live assistance.

Slice Owner’s App: Home Page

The Slice Owner’s App Home Page is your hub for monitoring shop performance, managing orders, accessing statements, and discovering personalized recommendations. Here’s what you’ll find:

Top Metrics: Understand your shop’s performance with an at-a-glance summary:

  • Total Orders: The number of orders placed in the selected timeframe.

  • Total Sales: The total revenue from all processed orders.

  • Average Order: The average dollar amount per order.

  • Voided Sales: The total value of any voided transactions.

  • Time Range Filters: Adjust the date range to analyze trends and compare performance across different periods.

  • Your Orders: A graph displaying order trends over the selected period, helping you track sales performance.

Recent Online Order Activity: Dive deeper into your shop’s order details:

  • Detailed Order Breakdown: View a chronological list of recent online orders, including:

    • Order #, Date, Customer, Type, Subtotal, Tax, Tips, Total, and Status.

  • Track Order Trends: Identify patterns in online sales and monitor any voided sales or customer activity.

Statements: Dive deeper into your shop’s payout history:

  • View a chronological list of recent statements payouts from Slice, including:

  • Use the download button on the right side of the table to access a PDF summary of each statement.

The “Learn how to avoid scams page is built to help protect your shop from fraud by outlining common scam tactics and how to avoid them.

Security PIN: Found in the top-left corner of the Owner’s App, your Security PIN helps confirm your identity when contacting support. DO NOT share this code with anyone other than a Slice representative. If you are contacted by someone claiming to be Slice and are not familiar with them, please dial (855) 237-4992.
