Goods
The Goods page lets you view and track your Slice Goods orders in the Owner’s App (web).
Go to Operations → Goods to access your orders.
Goods Orders page
The Goods Orders page displays your Slice Goods orders.
You can:
- View all in-progress and fulfilled orders
- See orders sorted by most recent
- Open an order by selecting View details to access the Order Details page
Each order links to its individual Order Details page for more information.
Order Details page
The Order Details page shows full information about a Goods order.
You can view:
- Order status: current state of the order
- Item details: product name, variant, quantity, unit price, and total
- Order summary: subtotal, delivery fee, discounts, and total amount
- Delivery details: delivery date, address, and timeline
- Payment details: payment method and payment status
- Invoice: available to open or download
The delivery section includes a status tracker that shows each stage of the order, from preparation to delivery.
Important
- This page shows only Slice Goods orders
- Canceled orders do not appear
- Orders placed through Shopify do not appear
