Register - Customer Management

The Customer Management screen is where you can search and manage customer profiles. Whether looking up an existing customer or reordering for a regular, this page keeps all customer details in one place for easy access.

When you open the Customer Management screen, you’ll see a search bar to look up customers by name or phone number. We recommend searching by phone number, as it’s the most unique identifier.

Edit Customer Information: Select a customer to update their name, phone number, or address. Use the pencil icon to make your edits.

Reorder for Customers: Under the customer name will be the order history. Tap this to see previous orders, and use the Reorder button in the top right to place the same order.

All Slice Online Customers are already in the system, making managing repeat orders more manageable and ensuring accurate details.

Want to add your existing customers? You can do this in the Owner’s App (web) by importing customer details, ensuring they’re available for easy lookup when placing orders.
