Owner’s App (web) - Customers

The Customers dropdown provides detailed customer information for your Slice online and Register orders. This helps you identify trends, segment your customer base, and understand who your most valuable and loyal customers are. Here’s an overview of the available pages:

  • Analytics: Verified Slice customers are organized into lists based on their ordering habits. Use this dashboard to identify your best customers, new customers, and the spending habits of your most loyal customers.

  • Segments: View all online and register customers who ordered in the last 30 days. Analyze customer value, average order size, and order frequency. Sort columns or click on a customer’s name to see their order history.

  • Profiles: Access a customer database that includes name, address, email, phone, first order, and most recent order details.

  • Feedback: Track customer ratings and reviews left after orders through Slice. Respond to reviews within the last 90 days to engage with your customers and address feedback.

Analytics

The Analytics page provides insights into your customers’ ordering habits and spending patterns.

  • Number of All Customers: Total number of verified customers.

  • Total Order Count: Number of orders placed in the selected time period.

  • Average Order Value: Average spending per order.

  • Total Spend: Total revenue generated by all customers.

  • Filtering Customer Data: Adjust the date range to analyze customer activity or filter by Register customers, Online customers, or both to refine your view.

Top 10 Customers: Displays a ranked list of your most valuable customers based on spending and frequency. Includes customer name, type (Loyal, Repeat, New), order count, and total spend. This can be sorted by dollar amount or frequerncy of orders

Customer Segment: Breaks down your customer base into key segments:

  • New Customers: First-time buyers.

  • Repeat Customers: Customers who ordered less than three times in the last three months.

  • Loyal Customers: Customers who ordered more than three times in the last three months.

Use the “View All Segments” button for more detailed segment analysis.

Order Type: Categorizes orders based on delivery or pickup, showing how many customers used each service.

Segments

The Customer Segments page allows you to view and analyze your customers based on their recent ordering activity and preferences.

Filters and Segmentation: Filter customers by type, such as All Customers or Online + Register, and time period, such as Last 30 Days. Identify customers based on favorite items and order history.

  • Number of Customers: Total number of customers in the selected segment.

  • Total Order Count: Number of orders placed by the segment.

  • Average Order Value: Average spending per order.

  • Total Spend: Total revenue generated by the segment.

View a list of customers with the following details:

  • Customer Name: Name of the customer.

  • Favorite Item: Most frequently ordered item.

  • Customer Type: Classification such as Loyal, Repeat, or New.

  • Last Order: Date of the customer’s most recent order.

  • Order Count: Total number of orders placed.

  • Average Order Value: The average amount spent per order.

  • Total Spend: The total amount spent by the customer.

•Sort columns or search for specific customers by name.

Profiles

The Customer Profiles page provides a detailed database of your customers, including their contact information and order history.

Customer Details: View information such as name, address, email, phone number, creation date, and the date of the most recent order. Use this data to understand individual customer activity and engagement.

Import and Export:

  • Import: Add your customer database from another system, with a maximum of 10,000 customers per import. The file must be a CSV in the format shown in the CSV Template available on the import screen.

  • Export: Download your Slice customer database for further analysis or record-keeping.

Feedback

The Feedback page allows you to track customer ratings and reviews submitted after orders through Slice. This page helps you monitor customer satisfaction, maintain a direct line of communication to address concerns and build stronger relationships.

Track Reviews: View customer feedback to gain insights into their experience.

Respond to Reviews: Engage with your customers by replying to reviews. You can only respond to reviews posted within the last 90 days.
