A: For referrals of a la carte products (Slice POS, Online Ordering, or Phone Ordering), payments will be issued shortly after the referred shop begins using the product.

Payments for Family Membership referrals will be sent after the shop completes at least 400 orders in the first month following their go-live date.

A: A shop that can be referred must meet all of the following conditions:

• Has not previously purchased or signed up for a trial or subscription to any of the applicable products from the program;
• Has not been engaged in active discussion with Slice about any of the applicable products from the program in the past 6 months;
• Has not been referred in the past 90 days;
• The referred restaurant is not making the referral;
• The referred restaurant is not owned or managed by the referring person and is not an affiliate restaurant.

A: In order for a referral to be eligible, the referring party can’t be an owner, employee, or affiliate of the referred shop.

A: When a referred shop signs up for multiple eligible products, you’ll get the highest applicable bonus - up to $1,500.
