A: Yes for Online Ordering. Referrals that lead to a shop using Slice POS, Family 

Membership,  Online Ordering, or Phone Ordering qualify for a reward. Referrals for other products alone (such as boxes) do not qualify.

A: After the referred pizzeria installs the Register or finishes upgrading to the family membership, you become eligible for payments. Payments are processed as American Express Gift Cards every Thursday.
