Support
Spanish phone support connects your shop with bilingual phone agents who can greet and take orders in Spanish or English, depending on your customers’ preferences. They place orders using your menu directly into the Slice Register, just as you or your team would when answering the phone in the shop. Everything works the same as our original Slice Phone, and all orders are entered in English.
How it works
Bilingual agents answer calls every day from 11:00 AM Eastern to 11:00 PM Pacific, giving your customers consistent coverage across time zones.
Agents are fluent Spanish speakers who create a welcoming experience so customers feel comfortable and cared for when they order.
Every agent is also fluent in English, so switching languages during a call is never a problem.
Orders are entered in English, so your shop will see the same tickets and receipts you’re used to.
Your assigned Account Manager will also be bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, and will serve as your pod lead.
Limitations
The Slice platform, including the Register, Owner’s App, and customer-facing materials, is in English only.
Spanish support is only available for phone orders. Other parts of the Slice Platform, including features and communications, remain in English.
