Slice Direct Mail Addendum
The following provisions apply to your use of the Slice Direct Mail Product. This Addendum is made part of, and incorporated into, the Order Form to which it is attached, including, without limitation, the Slice Restaurant Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”). Capitalized Terms used but not defined in this Addendum have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. The following terms are subject to change from time to time by Slice in its sole discretion.
1. Direct Mail Product.
a. As a user of the Slice Direct Mail Addendum, you will be permitted to: (i) Opt-in to a shared direct mail program; (ii) Choose the level of investment (packages include 10K, 15K, or 20K circulation options); and (iii) Select your shop-funded promotion (e.g., $10 off for first time buyers). Slice will design the promotional materials and its third-party vendor will produce and mail the promotional materials.
b. Slice will activate one campaign per month. You acknowledge and agree that pricing will vary depending on your location and will be set forth in the Order Form.
c. Slice cannot guarantee that you will receive any new customers or a certain number of orders as a result of the Direct Mail Product. All direct mailings will be co-branded using the Restaurant’s and Slice’s branding materials
2. Term and Termination. Slice will provide the Direct Mail Product during the term of the Order Form. After the Order Form term ends, this Addendum will not automatically renew, and you must choose to renew these services.
3. Modifications. Slice may modify this Direct Mail Addendum at any time in its sole discretion upon notice to you. Your continued use of the Direct Mail Product following such notice constitutes your consent to the modified terms.
4. License to Slice’s Marks and Logos. During the term of the Order Form, Slice grants to you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Slice’s logo and name (“Slice Marks”) solely in connection with any co-branded marketing materials developed pursuant to this Addendum or supplies provided by or on behalf of Slice to you under this Addendum. All goodwill generated from your use of the Slice Marks as set forth herein shall inure to the benefit of Slice.
Slice Digital Marketing Addendum
The following provisions apply to your use of the Slice Digital Marketing Product. This Addendum is made part of, and incorporated into, the Order Form to which it is attached, including, without limitation, the Slice Restaurant Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”). Capitalized Terms used but not defined in this Addendum have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. The following terms are subject to change from time to time by Slice in its sole discretion.
1. Digital Marketing Product.
a. Paid Social Media. Slice will provide paid social media support, including Facebook and Instagram. Social Media ads “hunt” for users who will most likely order pizza. We pay Facebook and Instagram to find these users and show them the ad in the desired format (feed or story) and at an optimized time (e.g., dinner time).
b. Paid Search Marketing. Slice will provide Google/Bing search support, utilizing keywords that are associated with your restaurant and related to the pizza business in an effort to ensure that a customer who conducts a search on Google or Bing using a selected keyword will see your ads.
c. Slice will endeavor to provide a minimum of 20,000 impressions across Paid Social Media and Paid Search Marketing, though an exact number of impressions or orders cannot be guaranteed. All ads will be co-branded using the Restaurant’s and Slice’s branding materials.
2. Term and Termination. Slice will provide the Digital Marketing Product for a period of [two (2) to four (4) months, at Slice’s discretion. After this period ends, this Addendum will not automatically renew, and you must choose to renew these services.
3. Modifications. Slice may modify this Digital Marketing Addendum at any time in its sole discretion upon notice to you. Your continued use of the Digital Marketing Product following such notice constitutes your consent to the modified terms.
4. License to Slice’s Marks and Logos. During the term of the Order Form, Slice grants to you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Slice’s logo and name (“Slice Marks”) solely in connection with any co-branded marketing materials developed pursuant to this Addendum or supplies provided by or on behalf of Slice to you under this Addendum. All goodwill generated from your use of the Slice Marks as set forth herein shall inure to the benefit of Slice. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between this Section 4 of the Addendum and any terms of the Agreement, the terms of this Section 4 of the Addendum shall govern and control.
Slice In-Store Collateral Addendum
The following provisions apply to your use of the Slice In-Store Collateral Product. This Addendum is made part of, and incorporated into, the Order Form to which it is attached, including, without limitation, the Slice Restaurant Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”). Capitalized Terms used but not defined in this Addendum have the meaning given to them in the Agreement. The following terms are subject to change from time to time by Slice in its sole discretion.
1. In-Store Collateral Product.
a. As a user of the Slice In-Store Collateral Product, Slice will sell Slice-branded items through Slice’s Shopify store for you to buy. Slice is not responsible for the quality of materials after purchase.
2. Term and Termination. Slice will provide the In-Store Collateral Product during the term of the Order Form. After the Order Form term ends, this Addendum will not automatically renew, and you must choose to renew these services.
3. Modifications. Slice may modify this In-Store Collateral Addendum at any time in its sole discretion upon notice to you. Your continued use of the In-Store Collateral Product following such notice constitutes your consent to the modified terms.

During the term of the Order Form, Slice grants to you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Slice’s logo and name (“Slice Marks”) solely in connection with any co-branded marketing materials developed pursuant to this Addendum or supplies provided by or on behalf of Slice to you under this Addendum. Advanced Marketing Services Cancellation Policy.
Printed Items: Cancellations and refunds are unavailable for printed items because production begins immediately after processing payments. Printed items include, but are not limited to, menus, flyers, stickers, and direct mail campaigns.
Digital Campaigns: For cancellation requests within 24 hours of payment, Slice will refund 100% of the amount charged. For cancellation requests within 14 days of payment, Slice will refund the amount charged minus 1) the media spent since the campaign launched and 2) a $50 operational fee. Cancellations and refunds are only available until the 14th day of payment.
For auto-renewals, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and your shop will continue to receive ads through the end of your billing period.

Performance Bundle: Cancellations and refunds are unavailable for Performance Bundle because production for printed items begins immediately after processing payments. Printed items include, but are not limited to, menus, flyers, stickers, and direct mail campaigns.
