See all your orders in one place—including Uber Eats and DoorDash—so you can stay organized and keep the kitchen running smoothly. Third-party orders appear in their own column on the New Orders page, making them easy to spot and manage.
Seamless Confirmation: Orders can be confirmed with a single tap. For even faster service, enable Auto-Confirm Orders so they go straight to the kitchen as soon as they arrive.
Streamlined Operations: All orders print with the same kitchen ticket format, keeping your workflow consistent.
Menu Management: Your Slice Menu is your source of truth—third-party menus are controlled by Slice, so you no longer need to update multiple platforms.
Pricing Control: You can set fixed percentage upcharges for each third-party platform to help cover their fees.
Important Note: Do not edit third-party menus directly—this will break the integration and cause service interruptions.
Order Adjustments: Any edits or adjustments you need to make to your orders will need to be communicated with the third party. Slice receives the Third-Party orders but does not have a way to communicate back to those providers.
