OWNERS REWARDS FAQ

  • Pizzas are paid for by the redeeming shop, and marketing is paid for by Slice.

  • No. Customers can only redeem their Pizza Points for a free large cheese pizza. If you don’t offer this item, you can work with your Partner Success Manager to find an alternate item.

  • Yes. If a customer doesn’t make a Slice order for more than $15 in six months, their Pizza Points will expire. After they’ve earned eight Pizza Points, they have one year to redeem their free large cheese pizza.

  • Yes, but they must pay for any toppings or special requests.

  • No. Only a free large cheese pizza is included.

  • Yes, but our data shows that most customers remain loyal to one pizzeria for earning and redeeming Pizza Points. They can only redeem their Pizza Points at your shop if they are an existing customer.

  • Yes — just reach out to your Partner Success Manager.

  • No problem — your customers can redeem a cheese pizza in whatever available size is closest to a large.
