Discounts
The Discounts page allows you to create and manage discounts, promo codes, and deals for your shop. This page focuses on online marketing efforts, distinct from Register discounts under the Register dropdown. By offering incentives, it helps you attract and retain customers.
Online Discount
An Online Discount applies to all online orders. Typically, a higher discount will lead to more orders.
To Create a new Online DIscount,

Select Create on the right side of the screen

In the Value field, enter the percentage discount you would like to offer on all Slice Online orders.

Select Save Changes in the bottom right.
Promo Codes
The Promo Code tab allows you to create and edit custom discount codes for your shop to attract and retain customers.

Add Name: Enter a unique name for your promo code (minimum of 6 characters, no spaces, and cannot start with certain reserved terms like “Slice” or “App”).

Select Type: Choose between a Fixed Amount discount (e.g., $5 off) or a Percentage discount (e.g., 10% off).

Set Order Minimum: Specify whether a minimum purchase amount is required to apply the promo code.

Limit Usage: Control how many times the promo can be redeemed: no limit, one-time use, or once per customer.

Set Date(s): Define a start date for the promo, and optionally add an end date.

Set Channels: Choose where the promo code will be available: Website, iOS App, and/or Android App.
Deals
The Deals tab allows you to manage discounts for specific items or offer bundle pricing for multiple items. The Slice Menu team will help you create deals. Please get in touch with your Account Manager or call 855-237-4992.
Branding Studio
The Branding Studio page helps you use professional social media content to connect with your customers and expand your reach. Download the content for the specific platform and post it on your shop’s social media pages. Check us out on social media, and tag us in your posts.
