Hello Faz is streamlining phone operations for a better customer experience

At Hello Faz Pizza in Ann Arbor, Michigan, General Manager Ben Gabowitz wears many hats, juggling orders, customer service, and kitchen operations all at once. Starting in the pizza business at just 14, Ben quickly worked his way up, learning firsthand the challenges of managing a busy pizzeria. 

One of the biggest hurdles? Taking phone orders during peak hours, which often pulls him away from ensuring food quality and efficiency. “What I end up having to do on busy nights is take orders all night instead of ensuring the food comes out better,” he explains. 

With the introduction of a dedicated phone support service, Hello Faz is taking a major step forward in improving operations. No longer tied to the phone, Ben and his team can focus on perfecting the pizza, running smoother shifts, and creating a more seamless customer experience. 

“Having a phone service is going to open the door for so many other opportunities for me to be available and for other staff members to be available to service the customers better,” Ben shares.
