Owner’s App - Report

The Report page provides key financial and order insights to help you track your shop’s performance.

  • Orders: View a breakdown of all orders, including online and register transactions. You can also check voided orders and the reasons for cancellations.

  • Scheduled Orders – Track orders that have been placed for future fulfillment and view payment collection details.

  • Statements: Review your payout history, including statement periods, payout amounts, and payment status. Download a PDF summary for record-keeping.

  • End of day report – Get a summary of the previous day’s performance, including sales and order comparisons, fulfillment breakdowns, average order value, voids, online prepaid tips, and top-selling or least popular products. It also tracks total customers and categorizes them as new, repeat, or loyal.

  • Sales Report: Monitor sales trends, average order values, and customer spending across different timeframes to see how your business is performing.

  • Insights: View business recommendations from Slice based on your shop’s activity, such as adding menu photos or running promotions to help increase orders.

Orders

The Orders page provides a breakdown of all online and register transactions, helping you track recent orders and their statuses.

Use Time Range Filters to see order data for a specific period, like today, yesterday, or the last 7, 14, or 30 days. Order Type Filters let you view sales from Online or Register orders separately to track their performance.

Order Details

You can access Order Details by tapping on any order in the Orders Report. This page provides a detailed breakdown of an individual order, including payment status, fulfillment details, and customer information.

Order Information

  • Order Number & Timestamp: Displays the unique order ID and the date and time the order was placed.

  • Status: Shows if the order is Paid, Voided, or Scheduled.

  • Order Type: Indicates whether the order is Delivery or Pickup.

  • Scheduled: Displays when the order is scheduled for fulfillment. If it was placed for immediate fulfillment, it will show ASAP.

Customer Details

  • Name & Address: The name and delivery address of the customer.

  • Phone Number: Contact details for the customer.

Order Breakdown

  • Items Ordered: Displays the quantity, name, and size or modifiers of each item.

  • Subtotal: The total cost of all items before additional fees and discounts.

  • Delivery Fee: Any delivery charges applied to the order.

  • Discounts: Any applied discounts, including percentage-based or fixed-dollar amounts.

  • Taxes: The sales tax amount for the order.

  • Tips: Any gratuity left by the customer.

  • Total: The final amount charged to the customer.

A Get Help button is available if you need assistance with the order.

Scheduled Orders

The Scheduled Orders Report provides a list of upcoming Slice Online orders that have been placed for future fulfillment. This page helps you track prepaid orders and plan for scheduled deliveries or pickups.

Report Overview

  • Total Orders: Displays the total number of scheduled orders within the selected timeframe.

  • Total Sum: Shows the total value of all scheduled orders.

Order Breakdown

  • Payment Status: Indicates whether the order is Paid.

  • Scheduled Time: Displays the date and time the order is set to be fulfilled.

  • Order Number: Unique identifier for the scheduled order.

  • Customer Name: The name of the customer who placed the order.

  • Order Date & Time: Shows when the order was placed.

  • Order Type: Indicates whether the order is Delivery or Pickup.

  • Order Channel: Displays how the order was placed, in this case, Online.

  • Order Total: The final amount charged for the order.

Statements

The Statements Report provides a history of your payouts from Slice, displaying financial summaries for each statement period.

Report Overview

  • Each Summary Statement gives an overview of your shop’s earnings for a specific period.

  • Below each summary, the Detailed Statement provides a breakdown of individual transactions and payout details for the same period.

End of day report

The End of day report summarizes the previous day’s business performance and is available on the Reports page. A push notification is sent each morning with this recap.

  • Comparison: See how your sales and orders compare to the previous day.

  • Sales: Breakdown of total revenue from online, register, and third-party channels.

  • Orders: Track the number of orders placed across different sales channels and fulfillment types, including delivery and pickup.

  • Average Order Value: Compare the average order value across different ordering methods.

  • Voided Online Sales: Monitor canceled or voided transactions from online orders.

  • Total Online Prepaid Tips: See the tips collected from prepaid online orders.

  • Products: Identify your most and least popular menu items based on sales.

  • Customers: Track the total number of customers from the previous day and their segment (new, repeat, or loyal).

Sales Report

The Sales Report provides a detailed view of your shop’s revenue, order volume, and key financial metrics.

Comparison: Displays today’s total sales compared to the same day last week, showing percentage and dollar amount changes.

Date and Channel Filtering: Use the dropdown menus at the top to adjust the timeframe and filter sales by specific channels, including online, register, and third-party.

Sales: Breaks down revenue from online, register, and third-party sales.

Orders: Shows total orders placed, separated by online, register, and third-party channels, along with a fulfillment breakdown for delivery and pickup.

Average Order Value: Compares the average order value across different ordering methods, including online, register, and third-party.

Voided Online Sales: Displays the total amount from canceled or voided online transactions.

Total Online Prepaid Tips: Tracks the amount collected from prepaid online tips.

Insights

The Insights page provides recommendations and sales trends to help you grow your business.

  • Sales Insights: Highlights weekly sales performance compared to previous periods. Notifications indicate whether your sales have increased or decreased and by how much.

  • Business Recommendations: Slice provides suggestions to improve your shop’s performance, such as adding menu photos, adjusting delivery fees, or offering promotions.

  • Unread Insights: New insights are marked with a colored dot. Tap on any insight to view more details.
