Owner’s App (web) - Hours
In this Article:
Manage your shop’s operating hours, closures, and service statuses directly from the Hours section.
Shop Status: Use the “Close” or “Pause” buttons to temporarily stop accepting orders for delivery, pickup, or both.
Today’s and Tomorrow’s Hours: View and edit today’s and tomorrow’s delivery and pickup hours.
Weekly Hours: Set or update your shop’s standard weekly schedule for consistent hours.
Scheduled Closings: View upcoming scheduled closures, including the reason, services affected (e.g., delivery or pickup), and closure dates.
Shop Status
The Shop Status tab lets you manage your shop's current availability. You can pause orders or temporarily close for the day.
Pause Orders:
Under Shop Status, tap the Pause button.
Select if the pause is for Delivery, Pickup, or Both.
Select the most accurate reason for your pause
Select a pause duration of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.
Your shop will automatically reopen for orders after the selected time.
Close for the Day:
Under Shop Status, tap the Close button.
Select if the pause is for Delivery, Pickup, or Both.
Select the most accurate reason for your closing.
Your shop will automatically reopen for new orders according to your original weekly schedule.
Overview
The Overview tab lets you view and adjust your shop’s delivery and pickup hours for today and tomorrow and view any upcoming scheduled closures.
Edit Hours: To adjust the hours for today or tomorrow,
Click the pencil icon next to the corresponding order type.
Select the new time
Add additional time if needed.
Any adjustments made here will only affect today's or tomorrow’s hours and will not impact your weekly schedule.
Weekly Hours
The Weekly Hours tab lets you set and adjust your shop’s regular weekly schedule for delivery and pickup hours.
Edit Weekly Hours: to update your set weekly schedule,
Select the pencil to the right of the day you want to change.
Select if the order type is available.
Adjust the start or end time with the dropdowns.
Add additional time if you close and reopen on the same day.
Scheduled Closings
The Scheduled Closings tab lets you manage planned closures for your shop. Use this screen to create new closures for holidays, special events, or other planned breaks.
To Add a new Scheduled Closing,
Select Add Closing on the right side of the screen.
Select Delivery, Pickup or both
Set the dates for the closure. (Please contact your Account Manager if your closure will be longer than 7 days.)
Select the most accurate reason.
Add an optional comment
Select Save.
To Edit a Scheduled Closing,
Select the pencil on the right side of the screen.
Edit Delivery, Pickup or both
Edit the dates for the closure. (Please contact your Account Manager if your closure will be longer than 7 days.)
Edit the most accurate reason.
Edit an optional comment
Select Save.
Hours Analytics
The Hours Analytics page provides insights into your shop’s availability and operational history.
Last 30 Days: View availability and track how much time your shop was paused or closed for delivery and pickup.
Shop Availability: Compare your shop’s availability to the average local shop over time.
Shop Status History: Review detailed records of your shop’s closures, pauses, and modified hours, including:
Date: The day of the status change.
Type: Whether it was a pause, closure, scheduled closure or modified hours.
Time: Specific timeframes affected.
Length: Duration of pauses or closures.
Service: Indicates if it applied to delivery, pickup, or both.
Reason: Provides context, such as “Closing Early” or “Menu Issue.”
