Victoria’s story is one of passion, perseverance, and pizza. Growing up at her father’s iconic Bronx pizzeria, Louie & Ernie’s, she learned the ins and outs of the business early. But her journey didn’t stop there, Victoria went on to carve her own path in the pizza world by opening Tori T’s Pizza in New York, where she’s putting a fresh spin on Detroit-style pizza.
