Customize ETAs Down to the Minute
You can now adjust the pickup or delivery ETA more precisely before accepting an online order using simple +/– buttons on the Register screen. Add or remove time in 1- or 5- minute steps like setting an exact 28-minute pickup time instead of choosing from fixed ranges.

Send Slice Phone Order Confirmations by Text
When a customer places an order from their mobile phone, they receive a text message with a link to view their order details. The page shows the order and also includes links to the shop’s website, giving customers a simple way to review their order.
Take Phone Orders in Spanish
Slice Phone can now take orders in both English and Spanish at no extra cost. Our new bilingual agents make it easier to serve Spanish-speaking customers and never miss a sale.

You can now view your real-time sales from the homepage of the Owner’s App on desktop, not just mobile.
Know Who’s Taking Calls
A color-coded indicator on Slice Register now shows who’s handling calls - green means Slice Phone, red means your shop.
Control Who Manages the Cash Drawer
Set permissions by employee so only the right people can access your cash drawer. You’ll also have a clear activity log for each transaction.
Highlight Your Best Sellers
Your top five menu items are automatically labeled as “Best Sellers” based on sales from the last 30 days. The labels update weekly with no setup required.
