Confirm orders with a customer-facing display
Flip your Register screen to display your customer's full order summary before taking payment. They’ll see all items, fees, and the total, then tap “Next” to move to checkout. This gives customers more clarity at the counter and helps prevent mistakes. Learn more in the Knowledge Hub.

Track your Slice Delivery driver in real time, right from your Order Management screen. As soon as the order is confirmed, you’ll see a live map with driver updates — Driver assigned, Out for delivery, Delivered — plus the driver’s name and estimated pickup and delivery times.
With full visibility into your driver’s progress, you’ll have better control over handoffs, more accountability on each delivery, and the information you need to keep customers in the loop. Get more details in the Knowledge Hub.

We’ve updated the consumer rating system to a standard 5-star scale and added an optional comment field for direct feedback from your customers. Plus, all reviews now include which items were ordered, giving you more visibility and context for the ratings and comments you’re receiving. These changes can help you now spot patterns, fix issues faster, and highlight what customers love. Learn more here.

View real-time sales from anywhere

We’ve added a color-coded indicator on your Slice Register to show who’s handling phone calls —green for Slice, red for your shop — so you and your team always know the call status in real time. Please contact your Account Manager to learn more.

This gives you real-time visibility into the delivery process, from driver assignment to completed delivery. We’ve updated how scheduled orders and payments appear in your reports to improve accuracy and align with accounting best practices. Payments are now tracked on the day funds are collected, and sales are recorded on the day the food is prepared.
Deferred Sales and Paid Scheduled Orders — have been added to help clarify reporting, and giving you a clearer view of your shop’s performance. Learn more in the Knowledge Hub.
